Helpful Hints:

1. Room scheduling follows the last date to make changes for the online publishing of the "Hours" book pdf. New classes, meeting pattern changes, or instructor changes after that published date will not meet the deadline of this form and are subject to room assignments to the best available space.
2. The max enrollment of a class supercedes all room preferences. Rooms are assigned based on the max enrollment, including cross-listed courses.
3. The submission of room preferences on the Instructor/Course Preference Form supercedes the "Registrar Room Needed" flag on the TUSC form.
4. Requests for room changes should be submitted via e-mail to roomreq@nd.edu.
   Requests for meeting pattern changes should be submitted via e-mail to classreq@nd.edu.
